The Umiak 475 received the “Canoe of the Year award” in 2019 at the Paddle Expo Show. Its size, 15’7" ft, is ideal for paddling solo (the seat can be positioned in the middle of the craft) or as a tandem, on rivers and lakes. It paddles comparably to traditional canoes thanks to its very rigid aluminum 7070 frame. The Umaik 475 is stable yet easy to maneuver, featuring inflatable sidewalls that provide extra buoyancy and shape.
