Located on the site of extinct pre-Colombian Barriles culture, these coffee shrubs are sheltered by native forests. Four generations of the Yanguez family have cared for their fincas, nurturing their bourbon and caturra coffee varieties. Their coffee is sun dried during the first phase with final touches in driers.
