Not just for kayaks!! My old boat had a track system and I had purchased some track hardware for rod holders. My new boat does not have a track system, and I was looking for a way to use my old hardware, but more importantly avoid having to permanently mount rod holders - I like the ability to move them around in the boat. I decided to try a couple GearTracs and they work great - solid as a rock and fit Brocraft track brackers. Now I am going to have to get some longer ones for the bow!
