Hey there, adventure seekers! We ship via Purolator and should not be affected by the potential Canada Post labour dispute.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 CAD!
That's right! If your order totals $99 CAD or more, we'll ship it to you for free. Because we love seeing our gear in action all across Canada.
*Some larger items are subject to a $15 over size charge.
$12.50 CAD Flat Rate Shipping for Smaller Orders
For orders under $99 CAD, there's just a small $12.50 CAD shipping fee. We think it's a pretty sweet deal to get your gear delivered right to your doorstep.
Shipping Whitewater Boats
We're still your go-to for whitewater play-boats with $100 CA flat fee across Canada. Longer boats need to be picked up at our Ottawa location.
Priority Processing $16.00 CAD
We are typically pretty quick with processing orders but we do sometimes fall behind. Want your order bumped to the top of the queue? Pick this option. Please note this is to speed up processing on our end, your package will still be sent via regular ground shipping.
Expedited Shipping $50.00 CAD
Get your order ASAP with Expedited Shipping. People choosing this option will also receive priority processing. If shipping costs exceeds $50 CAD you will be contacted to pay the difference. If you choose this option please be prepared to answer the phone so as to not cause additional delays.
Unfortunately US shipping has been temporarily suspended. We hope to be able to resume this service soon.
A Few More Things to Note:
- We ship Mon-Fri, anything ordered after 2pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until Monday regardless of what option is chosen.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- We do not ship to mail forwarding services.
- Unless it's part of a special promo, shipping charges are on you.
- North America is huge, eh? In some remote areas where shipping is prohibitively expensive, we reserve the right to refund orders or make alternative shipping arrangements.
