The collapsible Pursuit Carbon Z Pole is Black Diamond’s pinnacle trekking pole. Designed for thru-hiking, backpacking, and peak bagging, this is a lightweight, comfortable pole optimized for mountainous terrain. The shaft is made from lightweight, durable carbon. The 5-degree tilt technology on the ergonomic cork grips increase comfort and reduce fatigue, while the recycled Bloom grip extensions add eco-friendly versatility. The ultralight airmesh straps are comfortable and shed weight, while the baskets are interchangeable (it comes with snow baskets for shoulder season, as well as regular trekking baskets), and the flex tips are 4-season usable.
