The Notion is a climbing pant for the gym, the crag and the training board. Black Diamond cuts it from stretch cotton twill that is 98% organic cotton, so it wears like an everyday pair of pants. The knees are articulated and reinforced for cragging, and Black Diamond says the soft elastic waistband layers easily under a harness. A zip pocket on the right side closes up whatever you want to keep out of the way.
