Opinel No.12 Folding Saw

Whether you are clearing a tent site of low branches or pruning back an overgrown hedge, the Opinel No.12 Folding Saw turns a sweaty chore into a quick job. Two rows of razor-sharp teeth angle toward the handle, so the saw cuts on the pull stroke and lets gravity and your arm do the work instead of fighting the blade. At just 142 grams, it disappears into a pack or garden bag until you need it, then folds open to tackle branches and small trunks up to 8 cm in diameter. The carbon steel blade holds an edge through repeated use, while the beech handle warms up in your hand and never feels like cold hardware. Opinel's Virobloc safety ring locks the blade open for cutting and locks it shut for the walk back to camp or the shed, so you can trust it in a pocket or pack without worry.
