The goal of Tecnica's Zero G project has always been to explore new heights, and the Women’s specific Zero G Tour Scout is no exception. New for this model is an updated fit with improved walk functionality – but best of all – you’ll be reaping the rewards of your ascension with improved ski performance that is bound to leave you asking the same question over and over again: “How about one more lap?”
Features
- C.A.S. Shell
- The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer
- Shell Features
- Anatomic and precise shape
- Easier and faster thermo-forming
- Easy customization
- Shell Customization
- Punching (Increasing Volume)
- Only using Tecnica C.A.S. Pro tool system
- T-Hike Mechanism
- The T-Hike is a lighter interpretation of the Zero G Tour Double Blocking Mechanism. It offers strong, progressive flex and great lateral power transmission. The shell is connected to the cuff at two separate points, and once in hiking mode it guarantees unrestricted walkability. In addition, the internal spoiler delivers unique solidity to the boot on downhill
- Power Frame
- Thanks to the Grilamid® shell, the Zero G Tour Scout is strong, powerful, and smooth while skiing. The Power Frame construction increases stiffness and torsional resistance, allowing Tecnica to reduce the thickness of the shell without loss of performance. The new Zero G Tour Scout features 10% more range of motion compare to the previous edition
- Free Move
- The new hinge point allows frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy
- Quick Instep
- Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
- Dyn-Certified Inserts
- The inserts of the Zero G make entry into all low-tech bindings easier. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walkability, and Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to enter pin bindings
- Anatomical Shape
- The new shape of the shell is more anatomic, with improvements especially in the 6th toe, malleolus, arch and instep area
- Water Protection
- Thanks to its double ridge construction, the water stop system allows for optimal protection in all conditions
- Women-Specific Design
- Women 2 Women
- To specifically design the most relevant and best performing women’s products that will inspire confidence and enhance the experience for passionate and committed female skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. For Women by Women
