The Diamond 3 is a cross-country pole for skiers just starting out. The shaft is 100% fiberglass, and the grip is cork. One Way pairs them with an exit strap that opens quickly, so the strap is easy to deal with at the trailhead and on the trail. It ends in an 11mm XC basket.
