Swix fills the quilted panels with 100g synthetic insulation, which adds warmth without much bulk. Elastic panels with a brushed interior let the skirt stretch as you stride, and a water-repellent treatment sheds light snow and moisture. A full zip runs down the right side, so it goes on and off quickly over other layers.
