Description

The Kalix Down Hoodie is a lightweight insulated layer for cold mornings, camp evenings and cool-weather hikes. The body is filled with 700-fill goose down, and The North Face adds a layer of HEATSEEKER synthetic insulation in the yoke, draft flap and upper sleeves. Those are the spots that tend to get damp or take the most abuse. A Cordura overlay covers the hood, yoke and upper sleeves, so the areas that rub against pack straps and branches have extra protection. The hem has an internal cinch-cord with a cord lock for closing out drafts.
