The North Face Arctic Parka Women's

The Arctic Parka is a city-and-commute winter coat for wet, cold days, built by The North Face with expedition ideas behind it. The shell is a seam-sealed, waterproof DryVent 2L fabric made from recycled polyester, and the 600-fill recycled down keeps the warmth where it belongs. The cut is relaxed and hits above the knee, so there is room for a sweater or midlayer and extra coverage on the legs. The pockets zip shut and can be worked with gloves on, and the internal cuffs have thumbholes.
