Yes we price match!

Price matching other stores:

In order to keep things fair and consistent, we have established some price matching guidelines. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out:

  • The item must be identical in brand, model, sizing, colour, and year of fabrication.
  • We only price match Canadian retailers and online stores.
  • When price matching an online store the cost of shipping the item is factored in.
  • The item being priced match must be in stock at both stores.
  • We will not price match out-of-stock products or expired sale prices.
  • We do not match prices on used or refurbished product, demo or floor models.
  • The price must be ticketed, signed or advertised, not verbally agreed to and our staff must be able to verify this.

We are proud to offer competitive prices. Price matching is offered as a courtesy because we value your business. Very rarely it can happen that a deal is just too good, perhaps a store is over inventoried and selling at a loss or got a great deal from the manufacturer. If that's the case, we reserve the right to refuse to price match a product and will encourage you to take advantage of the deal you found elsewhere.

 

Price adjustments for previously purchased items due to new promotions:

Generally, if you purchase an item from us and it goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we'll be good sports and refund the difference. There are a few notable exceptions to this:

  • The item has gone on sale during Black Friday and Boxing day sale season.
    • Unfortunately some customers will purchase the more popular size and colours prior to big sale events to ensure availability and request a price adjustment once the item goes on sale. To ensure product availability and keep things fair for all customers, we will not be adjusting prices for items purchased prior to those holidays.
  • Items more than 50% off.
    • It's unlikely these items would see a further discount. But if they do, we are likely loosing money on it and just looking to make room in the store. No compensation will be offered in that scenario.

Price adjustments will only be allowed once per product.
