Redeem your points online in your cart before checkout or in store by letting the cashier know you are a loyalty program member.
1. Click "Login".
1. Click the three bar menu and hit "Login".
2. Log In/Create an Account.
3. If you are already a Trailhead customer, you will need to verify your phone number in order to view/redeem points.
4. You can now view your Point Balance at the bottom of your Account Dashboard.
1. Once logged in, click on Rewards.
2. All active rewards can be seen here, as well as a progress bar for each reward.
3. Once you have collected enough points to redeem a reward, add the product to your cart.
If you wish to redeem a "$xx.00 Off" reward, add any product to your cart.
At this time, points cannot be used toward the purchase of any sale item(s).
4. From your cart, you can redeem rewards.
When creating a customer account, you will be automatically subscribed to Trailhead Paddle Shack’s newsletter.
In order to keep your Trailhead Loyalty Program account in good standing, your account must remain active. Activity includes the earning/redeeming of points every 12 months or less from the time of your account’s last activity.
Customers with accounts found to be no longer active after a period of 12 months will be contacted and given the opportunity to rectify their accounts’ standing. Account holders will have a maximum of 60 days from the time of notice for their account to become active again. If an account does not return to good standing, the account may be removed from the Loyalty Program, resulting in the loss of any points accumulated.
Loyalty Points will be gained at a rate of one (1) point per one (1) dollar spent, unless otherwise specified as part of a promotion or bonus set out by Trailhead Paddle Shack. Points are calculated based on the net purchase amount of qualifying spending rounded to the nearest dollar. Points received for items that are returned will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.
Customers can check their points balance at any time by logging into their Customer Profile on the Trailhead Paddle Shack website.
Loyalty Points may be redeemed for dollars off an in-store or online purchase, and/or for specific Loyalty Program products. Points may only be redeemed at the specified intervals and values as set out by the Trailhead Loyalty Program guidelines.
Points received for items that are returned will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.
Loyalty Points have no cash value. Furthermore, Trailhead Paddle Shack reserves the right to change the Trailhead Loyalty Program points earning structure, points redemption structure and the products available through the Loyalty Program at any time without notice.
Trailhead Paddle Shack reserves the right to exclude select products or services from the Loyalty Program, including but not limited to, gift card purchases, labour, shipping fees, fees relating to the warranty of products, etc.
In rare cases, customer details are not synced to our online and in-store Loyalty system. Normally, new customer accounts, issuing points or redeeming rewards are synced automatically to the Loyalty system. When an issue occurs with this automatic process, the system continues to attempt syncing for up to 45 minutes.
