This is a great board for someone looking for more speed and performance than an entry level board. It glides through the water with ease, has excellent stability, and is balanced enough that even a beginner can learn more sophisticated turns using the foot pads. It’s highly responsive in flat water and does cut through some waves. I’m very happy with the purchase - it is a well designed board!
