The Neo-Tour is Level Six’s hybrid skirt, featuring a 4-mm, abrasion-resistant, Rotex-reinforced neoprene deck, and a 3ply waterproof/breathable tunnel. It also features Level Six’s double neoprene waist adjustment system. This skirt offers the best of both worlds. It features fixed webbing loops that give you the ability to bungee map on. The double neoprene waist adjustment system allows for a comfortable, one-size-fits-most tunnel, without having it dig into your body when tightened.
